Loved this one! It packed a lot of stuff but it never felt scattered and I never lost interest. The plot twist at about 80% was so shocking it gave me a small headache 😅
I plan to read the next one in the series soon!

This is a hard book to summarize. It‘s about love. Families. Loss. And second chances.
A slow read, this felt more like a soap opera than I usually appreciate, too tense & dramatic. And more sex than I was expecting, so not really my thing.
But the characters were diverse, intricate, & detailed. And the emotions were poignant and forefront throughout the story. This might not be my kind of book. But I can appreciate it for what it is. 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑
My youngest sister adopted a new kitten with her boyfriend around Halloween. I‘m catsitting for the weekend.
His name is Church. And yes, Steven King fans, he‘s named for exactly what you‘re thinking. #catsoflitsy #BabyChurch

Definitely not my typical read, but I must say I was very entertained. This is a long and emotional soap opera but the characters are vivid and it's also pretty sexy throughout. Escapism but does feature PTSD, sexual identity, family by blood and also families made from love.
Returning to this #ebook after a small break from it. I renewed my loan from the digital library after running out of time. Hopefully I'll finish it this time!
Hope everyone is well out there! ♥️📚
I just reread these books over Christmas, but I can‘t get the characters or the writing out of my head. So here we go again, into the place where I get lost in the people and places and the love. Oh, the love. It‘s painful and wonderful, heartbreaking and beautiful, and these books are such treasures.
Seriously, why aren‘t more people reading these?
This will be my first book for #24b4Monday.
This book had a ton of 5 star reviews on Goodreads, but all of the descriptions as to what the book was about were really vague. Having just finished the book, I now understand the struggle. In one sentence, this book is about finding love in all of its many forms. Definitely have to warn you though this is not a romance novel in any traditional sense of the word, there is a lot of sex in this book. A LOT of sex. (Photo from Google)
I just did an inventory of the books I own last weekend, and I certainly have no shortage of books waiting to be read at home. But this one was calling to me on Amazon—what‘s one more, right?!
Is “epic romance” a thing? If not, this novel has constructed its own place in literary fiction. Though it took me far too long to get through, SO much happens, and it kept my attention every time I picked it up. I feel like I can‘t say a thing without spoiling but WOW— every time I thought I knew where the story was going it took another turn. Though it could easily be deemed exhausting, I‘d say it‘s well worth sticking out.
It feels like it‘s been forever since I spent any quality time here. I miss my Littens! We‘ve been prepping for moving (the big day is 12/15), and I‘m having surgery on Monday, so other than a couple of hours tomorrow I‘m banned from from packing since I won‘t be able to lift anything for six weeks. I loaded up my kindle app yesterday, and I‘m starting this now; I haven‘t heard anything about it but it looks excellent.
This book. Is SO good. I can‘t even. I‘m already ready to buy the next one. Read it ☺️
This is definitely my favorite read of 2016. I loved everything about it. I had many smiles and tears along the way. My heart squeezed and soared.
I'm still so deep in the feels that I can't get it out of my head. This author truly has a gift. There are a lot of good books out there, but finding something that touches me on this level is a rare unicorn. My first from this author and I feel overwhelming joy to find a treasure of words in this book. Just ordinary words, but she has this way of stringing them forming sentences making them into an awesome 👏 story. This book, the characters consumed me, all my thoughts. It was such a wonderful ride, surprised me some, took me to places I had never thought to go when starting this book. Made me think about coincidences and destiny.
Couldn't wait to get on the train this morning with this beauty
