Didn‘t care for the twist. I think I‘m done with this author. I didn‘t like his last two books.

Set in a Native Community in Maine, these stories follow David at different points in his life. There is a lot of sorrow and tragedy as well as tenderness and love between family members. 4 stars.

Great novel about 3 friends and their lives. I enjoyed how each chapter was from a different perspective and the endurance of their friendship. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved this novel! It‘s about three generations of women and their lives and hardships in Memphis, Tennessee. Each chapter is a different point in time. The North women are strong and loving and I already miss them. Beautifully written.

Put this on your tbr for May. This is Nina Lacour‘s first adult novel. I loved her YA novel We Are Okay, and this one did not disappoint. There is a lot of sorrow in her novels, but also hope and love. The audio was great. Julia Whelan does a great job narrating as always.

This was amazing on audio. Very exciting!

Just finished this and it was amazing. So emotional. I cried several times. About family relationships and how everyone makes mistakes even though they are trying their best. 5 stars!
