Our school district did not give the kids the day off but a lot of teachers told the kids that today would not have any real lessons since it seemed like a lot were planning to go to the parade. So I suspect some of the kids who didn‘t show up actually just stayed home, knowing they wouldn‘t miss much. My son said they played games, etc today at school! 6y

raelaschoenherr Haha, yep :) 4 degrees is cold but not anything all that crazy for MN in the winter. We could spot the out of towners pretty easily because they didn‘t have warm enough outerwear 😆 6y

I only watch one televised football game a year: The Super Bowl. This house is the first as we enter my neighborhood and they always decorate for the holidays and the like. This time it‘s in honor of the Eagles 😂! Green floodlights were on in the evenings.
