Just had to share this picture of my new kitten helping me journal in my success list. Thanks to the book Repeatlessness, it's now habit to view and add a line to my success list almost every night. Latest entry: I overcame the flu!!! #gratitude #journal #catsoflitsy #kitten #cat #cats #nonfiction

Suet624 Great idea. We have a lot of successes that go unnoticed. For instance, I got off the couch today! 7y

Dr Joe Marshalla's writing style, experiences, and discoveries contribute to what he calls "an owner's manual for the human mind". It's inspiring and refreshes one's thinking; helps you get unstuck when obstacles loom. It's open-ended rather than dogmatic. Fun to reread as well.

geodynamical_nonfiction I've read this book at least 6 times 7y

Pickpick

☝ What if there were a simple phrase that explained why we, people, are the way we are... and then further explained what we all can do about it?

"Unplugged Dog Dreams" is such a phrase! Each word in the phrase represents one of three unrelated psychological experiments (whose findings when strung together in a particular sequence) create an undeniable, irrefutable, possible way to view the human condition and why we are the way we are.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐x10

geodynamical_nonfiction @sanderskels This is my favorite book. What's yours? 8y
minkyb Whoa! Had to read that twice! 8y
