Another great installation in this series. Usually by now I‘m a bit bored with romance series- but not this one. An enjoyable second chance novel.

Not often I hit my goal this early in the year, but I've been on a roll for the past couple of months. I also set my goal a bit low this year because of the severe reading slump I had last year. Yay for beating the slump!😁

Just finished When He Was Wicked (great!!) and am currently reading Pipe Dreams - both heros are named Michael.

My favorite book in this series by far. Second chance romances are very hit or miss for me in general but Sarina Bowen has never let me down. These are two really fleshed out characters who had solid reasons for all of the angst they faced when reunited. Definitely one I will be reading again.#romantsy

New book by Sarina out today -- I read 2 chapters and I already love it! I'm so hungry for conflict, and this one has a hero who is either a major jerk or had better have serious reasons for his terrible behavior. Score!! (Is it just me, or is he skating for a professional team--in jeans??). Addendum: a friend just pointed out that I'm critiquing his clothes, rather than the lack of them on top! Ok... #romantsy. #hockey

You guys know by now that I cannot stick to a TBR. Even the one I made for this past weekend was largely ignored. So here is my #maymostanticipated #romantsy titles. I am guessing I will actually even read most of these. #maybookflowers

This is a great second chance love story! If you've followed the adventures of the Brooklyn Bruisers in the first 2 books, you will be familiar with the characters of Lauren and Mike. At first I can't say I was excited that the story was about Lauren (she's not that nice in the first 2), but it was great seeing her behind the scenes, as it were. I highly recommend if you want a sexy, second chance at love story.

Have I ever mentioned how much I enjoy @Sarinabowen writing? Because I do. This has been a fun antidote to the reading slump I'm in. #currentlyreading
