Pickpick

Short and sweet. The hero and heroine had good chemistry and crime solving powers. It started off a little slow but quickly got into the crime solving portion. Good intro to a series. #readwomen #cozymystery

And finally the gifts. Thank you so much @April2 , what wonderful gifts. 😍
I've never heard of this other before and I am quite excited to dive into this series. Love the mug and the fitting coaster and bookmark. 😍
The card remembered me, standing in front of this bridge several years ago. 😎

@cobwebmoth thank you for organising this.

This book isn't in the "Litsy database," but I wanted to say I was finally able to finish a book in a single day. It's only 135 pages (lol), but I normally can't read for long periods of time. I love cozy mysteries and this series is a nice, chill, kick-back type of read. They're only 99 cents on Amazon ?

This series seems to be well-loved, but I couldn't finish the first book. Self-publishing is great and all, but I'm not able to get past the typos. The story and characterization are also lacking. Finally, the author is listed as British on goodreads, and the book is set in the Cotswolds, but there are a number of American anachronisms. I won't be continuing the series.
