Daily update time! I had a lot of back pain, and it was super hot today, so I took a short walk after dinner with my dad and Henry. Only 4.5k steps today. I‘ve also not been doing my physical therapy exercises. 😕

I did meet my healthy eating goals, though!! 🎉🎉🥑🍅🍒 and there‘s not peas and blueberries! Very low sugar!

Started two books. The tagged one and The Gifted School!! Overall not bad.

Megabooks @Sunraven Thanks! 💜 I actually made it with the leaf app! It‘s Pigment, which is an adult coloring app. They have a wide variety of books and ways to color. I love doing designs while I listen to audiobooks. If you don‘t want to pay, they have a new free page every day! 👍🏻👍🏻 5y
