Wow. This book was just jam packed with so much action. I am absolutely loving this trilogy! Baxter and Rouche are a fantastic pair in this story... and the ending... 🤯🤯

This is the second in the Fawkes and Baxter series but Baxter takes the leading role in this book. I really enjoyed it and can‘t wait to read the third! I definitely hope that Daniel Cole has more books in store! I believe this is only a trilogy but he is definitely on my list of must read authors now!

I was a little nervous when I realized Fawkes wasn‘t in this one but boy does Baxter deliver in this second installment. I loved her in the first book and enjoyed seeing her flourish on her own. She is that perfect vibe of sarcasm And no bullshit. The story and new characters were all interesting and it was was great seeing some of the old characters again. I‘m really looking forward to the third book. The crimes are always so inventive and scary.

This was a wonderful read that kept me engaged throughout
Can't wait for the next one!

Got a good book and my current wips so I'd say I'm ready for the snowstorm that's in the forecast

I 💜💜💜 this book!!!! Baxter is front and center, flying back and forth across the pond, helping the FBI and CIA chase a madman. She definitely doesn‘t play well with others but nothing will stop her from getting the job done. Gruesome, gory, sick, and twisted with a great surprise at the end. I hope it means another book in the future!!!

Finally finished this. Some parts were good but others didn't interest me. I loved Ragdoll and this didn't really live up to the first book.

35% into this and just not liking it as much as I did Ragdoll. 🙄
