The snow has caused major headaches for those of us in the Midwest this past week, and gave me a literal headache today, so what better horror novel to read than one where the monsters come during a Midwestern snowstorm?

This was a lot of fun for me! A horror story where snow is sort of the bad guy. Snow is the murderous villain. There is a lot of blood-on-the-snow scenes and the concept felt original to me. It could use a round of editing including some continuity issues. But it was a quick read that never let up from start to finish and I was invested in the outcome. My first by Malfi, I‘ll read more.
It was just really fun to read a non-romance winter story❄️
—> I‘m looking for Christmas or winter reads that aren‘t primarily romance. What are your favorites, Litsy??
Tagged book is my #currentlyreading and it‘s delightfully snowy and creepy.
