pick4 🌟 This is a modern retelling of the classic fable The Little Red Hen. The author‘s note at the end tells the reader how the story came about which is lovely. While reading I thought it was a bit of the Little Red Hen tale mixed with the Ada Twist, Iggy Peck, and Rosie Revere series. I liked it. IT was well done and the illustrations grew on my be the end of the book.
