How can I be so busy, just staying home? 😂 Too many projects, I guess. Anyway, I missed posting yesterday. This is a relatively new series, just three books out so far, and the first was definitely the best. Beryl and Edwina are an interesting pair, and the setting in an English village always pulls me in. Plus, this is signed by the author 😊

A cute historical murder mystery. I love the two main characters, Beryl and Edwina, but I thought the first book in this series was better. This dragged in places and ended up with a rather complicated ending. 3.5⭐️

I pulled this off the shelf for my next read, and found this when I opened it! I won it in the author‘s giveaway when it was released a few weeks ago. There was a sweet note in the package, but I didn‘t realize she‘d signed the book as well. About to immerse myself in one of my favorite places, an English village, with two delightful characters.
