Are you thinking about starting a new journal to keep track of your biking? If biking is your form of therapy, this journal makes a wonderful place to put your thoughts. The best way to remember your life's journey is to record it by writing it down. This journal notebook can help you become more creative and reflective in your daily life and it can help you keep track of all the amazing experiences you have had while biking. It's streamlined, minimal design is non-distracting and will allow you to unleash your creativity. Details of this journal include 6 x 9 inches, 120 pages, glossy-finished cover, and white lined paper. You can use the journal for multiple purposes: keep a log of your bike trips, write poetry, keep a record of your biking partners, to take notes on what you think about as you ride, record your memoirs, track your food intake, log your exercises, keep lists, record your dreams, prayers, passwords, or just to remember important information on a daily basis. So many of the world's most original thinkers, writers and innovators devoted much of their precious time to writing lines that no one else would ever read. They were writing for themselves and it infused their lives with a clarity of thought and action. Journaling can become a life-changing habit, the simple act of writing down your life's concerns, hopes, challenges, and dreams can help you to prioritize, to focus on what is most important to you, and can allow you to clarify your thinking on any given topic of concern. If journaling becomes a habit, it can help you to accomplish what is most meaningful and important to you. The benefits of journaling can be experienced by people who dedicate 10-20 minutes per day to the task. Journaling on a day-to-day basis can help you to express your thoughts and feelings, reduce stress, help you to solve problems and clarify your thinking, and to be creative. Additionally, journaling allows you to record accomplishments, track patterns of behavior, log exercise goals and mark improvement over time. Kiddo went with Daddy to run errands this morning, so I got to do some baking. Rolls for dinner (and another set for the freezer), cinnamon applesauce cake for breakfast, and schwarz-weiss geback (German pinwheel cookies) for funzies. In between I‘ve been trying to catch up with Middlemarch for #PemberLittens because I somehow fell five days behind! Been a busy week, as always, with another one on the horizon.

Amiable I love your backsplash! 2y
MoonWitch94 I am behind as well! Catching up this weekend. 2y

What better way to finish off the month than a readathon? @Andrew65 is hosting the #20in4 starting on Friday, the 29th of January. So that's two? days from now. Unless today isn't Wednesday. 🤔 Who can keep up any more?

Velvetfur Today is still that one big long day that keeps getting darker and lighter 😂 4y
Traci1 @Velvetfur I know, right? We got snow today, which is the only thing that makes it different from the past 300 days... 4y
Allylu I thought it was 29Jan - 01Feb @Andrew65 - is it 01Feb or 02Feb? 4y

I‘m pretty sure Mr. B has some other things in mind, though. Harrrrummmpppffff.
