The Paper Menagerie by Ken Liu - starting soon
Elantris by Brandon Sanderson - listening to this one, picking back up after setting aside. Not my favorite Sanderson so far.

Question of the Day: How do you balance "one more chapter" with getting exercise? #QotD

The only thing that works for me is walking while listening to audiobooks. I really want to enjoy and appreciate exercise, but I don't get a runners' high or whatever other chemical rush some folks do, and would rather use my spare time to read.⁣

Gissy I run at least 4 days per week, well to be honest, is like a power walking but in my mind I‘m a runner😜Tomorrow will go for our 18 miles which means I will be the last one to complete it 😆 I‘m trying to do some exercises those days I don‘t run and will like to do more activities at the beach. All these activities are in the morning. I don‘t read while I do exercises. Not at this moment. 3y

kathytrithardt I just find exercise so boring and hate that it cuts into time where I could be doing non-boring things. 3y

Enchanted_Bibliophile I do quick workouts (nothing more than 30min) first thing in the morning so that it can't interfere with the rest of my day. 3y
kathytrithardt Yeah @Enchanted_Bibliophile I try to trick myself into a 40 minute walk first thing before I wake up and talk myself out of it 3y
Enchanted_Bibliophile @kathytrithardt 🤣 I'm good at that too... But honestly try something short. I started with 10min workouts and upped it overtime (5 years) to 30min. I don't like waisting time, but I realise the importance of being active. And I learned to love my 20or30min of work. Anything more and I lose interest. 3y
