Ben provides advice on how to be a CEO.
I‘m not entirely sure why I listened to this book, but it was on my list. He doesn‘t really provide advice other than the choose he made for his many times as CEO. This was more of a book to toot his own horn than anything.

Ben Horowitz, cofounder of Andreessen Horowitz and one of Silicon Valley‘s most respected and experienced entrepreneurs, offers essential advice on building and running a startup - practical wisdom for managing the toughest problems business school doesn‘t cover, based on his popular ben‘s blog...
I bailed not because this was a bad book, but that it is for businesses owner in a different stage than me. It‘s perfect for start-ups or those who want to employ a lot of others, with a lot of moving parts. If that were me, I‘d love it. It‘s well written, easy to understand, and informative. I may revisit it in the future.
Got this book from Andreesen Horowitzs offices when i visited in Silicon Valley and it still remains one of my favorite reads. It helped provide context for the career choices I made when in a tech startup at such an early age, and why I continued on this path. Also helped that Opsware was highlighted and I happen to work for the former EVP of product, translating the story to life!
Essencial para empreendedores
Must read for aspiring entrepreneurs
There are two kinds of cultures in this world: cultures where what you do matters and cultures where all that matters is who you are. You can be the former or you can suck.
If I had a tattoo for every time I heard a CEO claim that she‘d just hired “the best VP in the industry,” I‘d be Lil Wayne.
