I finally got the hold back from the library and was able to finish this book today. It is very good. He gives a lot of good advice throughout the entirety. It is amazing what people can accomplish in life. I wish I had this book available to me in the 90s.

So I missed week 5 check in. This is my week 6 check in.
Overall:
I did good with my daily gratitude over the past 6 weeks.
Meditation was only so so for me, and I plan to work on that some more.
I read about 15 books (a mix of adult and children‘s books) so that was a big win. I have not yet started my reading journal. It is time to get started on that.
