This book was pretty funny. It was full of a bunch of other pets that were full of character. It kept me smiling. I liked the mystery and atmosphere too.

On to the next book:
The Monroes have gone on vacation, leaving Harold and Chester at Chateau Bow-Wow. On the animals' first night there, the silence is pierced by a peculiar wake-up call -- an unearthly howl that makes Chester observe that the place should be called Howliday Inn.
But the mysterious cries in the night are just the beginning of the frightening goings-on. Soon animals start disappearing, and there are whispers of murder.
This was one of my absolute favorite series when I was a kid. It‘s been so fun to reread them with my daughter. Now I know where my love of noir came from. There are also so many jokes and I‘m sure went over my head when I was little that have me chuckling now.

Okay...just finished Bunnicula! Onward ho! This was always my favorite of the series! As you can tell I have had this book since grade school...so super old!
Another fun nostalgia read. Now, can I finish book 3 before the clock strikes midnight? (And I immediately have to switch to NaNo, lol). #teamstoker #scarathlon
My favorite #howl books. I ❤ Bunnicula.

Cute little kid's murder mystery story. Not as good as the first book of course, but enjoyable.
I love Howard the dog and Chester the Cat. The snobby and know it all cat and the bumbling dog are whisked away to the Bowwow hotel while the family goes on vacation. But if you read Bunnicula, then you know that these two find a mystery is all things. As always a great read for the family for the season.
