There‘s a lot of set up here. I enjoy the characters and their interactions, but I can‘t imagine what this book would be like if you didn‘t know a fair bit about the Marvel Universe already.

There has been a rumour about a female avengers movie going around so I decided to visit this series again.
Disclaimer, unless this was awful I was going to love it. I‘m well aware of my own biases towards kickass women working as a team with no love interest being a soft spot for me.
The artwork in this is phenomenal and it‘s a solid fun story. If you need some awesome superhero‘s in your life you can‘t really go wrong with this one .
I liked this story arc better than the previous one. This is a great take on Dazzler.
My first experience with A-Force! This was pretty good. The story was slightly off to me—a strange mixture of “the universe might be ending” and “Meet the team!” But I enjoyed it anyway, and it probably went from three stars to four for me because the art was well-done. Although all the superheroes seemed to have the same hips and bra size, just with different heights and She-Hulk was a little more muscular. Enough good stuff to read the next!
This was a really fun read! I loved all of the characters and their team dynamic. I also like that the writers didn't make a big deal about the A-Force being an all female superhero team. They're just a group of superheros saving the world, who happen to be female.

First of all, I will read anything G. Willow Wilson writes. Second, I love any story where a group of diverse women come together and WORK. 😆
Most importantly, stories like this are so rare. All the main characters are women. There is no love interest. The women argue but not over a guy. It definitely passes the Bechdel test!
More of a meet the gang experience for me - I only know Captain Marvel, She Hulk, and Singularity here - but it was an interesting one!
I'm almost through all the comics I bought last weekend! Does that mean I need to go out and buy more?
Loved this! Can't wait to read more. Now to read "number" 0 to read more about America "Ms. America" Chavez.
