#Heroes | Nick Rowe was a US Army officer captured in Vietnam & held as a war prisoner for 5 grueling years. He secretly kept journals & shaped them into this amazing memoir. Rowe later assisted in developing the army‘s SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance & Escape) school. My husband went through this rigorous training several years ago, and though he is not permitted to speak about it, I know it was intense.
