A great link between the album we all know and love, and being able to move on and grow up. Every inch took me back to why I fell in love with this concept album and story. Love that I am able to return and enjoy this love now years later 🖤

I‘ll be spending the weekend catching up on posts since the holidays were a little busier than I anticipated. A #holidaytradition in our household is our version of jolabokaflod, but we specifically exchange graphic novels because there‘s a much better chance that my boyfriend will actually read it. He picked this out for me. I got him Descender and Vision, and I‘m excited to read both of those when he‘s done.

Book 3 of 53. I enjoyed this a lot. More than I was expecting to I think.

I am down for any graphic novel that has an adorable cat in it...especially when it‘s a black cat.

I‘m back to going from book to book. It sucks how I can start a book that starts off so good and then I just lose interest. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I ordered the tagged graphic novel yesterday and it came today so I‘m going to give it a go. And honestly my love for Gerard Way never left.

I‘m still not totally sure how I feel about Gerard Way‘s books. I liked this better than Umbrella Academy, & the storyline made a lot more sense to me in this one. Definitely an interesting read, and I‘d recommend it.

On another note, I‘m so excited about the return of My Chemical Romance. I could honestly have cried when I found out they were reforming.

I‘ve never really read many comic books or graphic novels, but this one was awesome. It made me feel so nostalgic of MCR‘s Danger Days era and threw me back to a time when I felt totally part of something so different from anything else.

Round 3! True Blood is one series I haven't read and don't really have an interest in, but the cover on this variant is just awesome. And, of course, #thetruelivesofthefabulouskilljoys ......because Killjoys. #FCBD17 #crashqueensdoFCBD17 #trueblood

I recieved this book in the mail today and also finished it today. I ABSOLUTELY loved it. The story is awesome and the art is AMAZING. After reading a page, I would sit there looking at the pictures for a few extra minutes. I 100% recommened this book, especially if you're a fan of the album.
