Heading down nostalgia alley once again. Just can't seem to help myself. Just as an unput-down-able book as it always used to be.
Unsure of the artist.

Trauma is independent for everyone. And this quote struck me even harder then normal today 🖤
Taking a trip down memory lane woth this collection. Absolutely loved it. Still unable to put these books down. Will probably be reading these books for years and years to come
A gorgeous book. A beautiful collection of poems that I felt spoke to the fiery woman deep inside all of us. A lesson in reclaiming the power of our ancestors who have been wronged for being strong and powerful. Generational female trauma is slowly beginning to be gealed with literature such as this 🖤🔥🖤
Thoughts pending...so far in this book is so good I can't put it down yet the cringey romantic parts are making me want to throw it across the room. Gonna have to finish it but right now I can't tell whether I love it or hate it 🖤📚😂📚🖤
"Bab, little wench, dow forget this place, its babble never caught by ink or book"
Liz berry here is actually able to capture the blackcountry in all its rough beauty. She captures the dialect, the atmosphere and the pure community of a place that I am so happy to call home ❤??

A beautiful book, a beautiful story. Timeless classic. A forever life favourite of mine. From the opulence of gatsby's parties to the tragic ending we all fear. It reignited an admiration of love and nostalgia for the past. Just remember...keep looking towards the green light 🖤💚🖤
Gonna give this one a go. Starting to really fall in love with poetry a bit more 🖤📝🖋📝🖤

When in Hay on Wye, you need to display your haul for everyone to see 🖤
Who is the stranger staring at the trees, watching the oaks, the elms admiring? Whence has he cone to this curious forest this ancient woodland? What welcome has found here?
A beautiful way to return to the magical world that we all love. So good to read this again to fully enthrall myself in the magic and fantasy that made many childhoods
"The clitoris is pure in purpose. It is the only organ in the body designed purely for pleasure. The clitoris is simply a bundle of nerve: 8,000 nerve fibres to be precise. That's a higher concentration of nerve fibres than is found anywhere else in the body, including the fingertips, lips, and tongue, and it is twice...twice...twice the number in the penis. Who needs a handgun when you've got a semiautomatic.
All i can say about this book is that it is amazing. An all time fave of mine. Its a feminine lense on the iconic rock scene of the 80s. I was unable to put the book down till I finished it. Full of surprises I will say it is definitely on the graphic side 🖤🤟🖤
A beautiful play that harks back to the sadness of war. An honourable link to Kipling's poem and the truth to his own loss.
"So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past"
_ F. Scott Fitzgerald
???
A book of pure reflection. Follows the poems of many scholars who never saw the end of the war, and how their horrific experiences on the front line were contrasted to the beauty of nature that they forever longed for. The use of flowers and birds to show the pre-war nostalgia that many desired makes this compliation even more tragic.
Absolutely amazing comic. Never read this before and it is a great view on the end of the battle between joker and batman. Ivonic and beautiful.
Quite horrific in its animal cruelty. Poe's talent for creating suspense and tension is clearly done. A man clearly with a penchant for violence
My new adventure to better myself begins 🖤📚🖤
So topical for the current time. It shows that selfish greed will not save you from yourself, and that you cannot hide from death, regardless of your financial and societal prowess
But anything was better than this agony! Anything was more tolerable than this derision! I could bear those hypocritical smiles no longer! I felt that I must scream or die!
A great link between the album we all know and love, and being able to move on and grow up. Every inch took me back to why I fell in love with this concept album and story. Love that I am able to return and enjoy this love now years later 🖤
Now is not the time to be quiet or make room for you when we have had no room at all. Now is our time to be mouthy get as loud as we need to be heard
As the start of a graphic novel series, this comic is a great insight into dystopian concepts towards gender. A good read
A gorgeous collection of poems, not too different to Rupi Kaur's work, that hits home with bookworms who use literature as their escapism and salvation 🖤
Returning to this much beloved story since countless reads as a child, feels like stepping back into the imagination of my former self, and being greeted by old friends. The nostalgia that this book evokes will forever be with me 🖤⚡
