Nice and interesting book, there‘s missing something but it‘s still good.
About half way through Black Ice. It‘s okay it‘s a very predictable young adult novel right now. The characters aside from maybe Jude are all unlikable to me. I will finish this book it is fairly enjoyable but not a great first read to 2021 so far
Ready for a week of backpacking, an unexpected snowstorm changes Britt‘s plans, and she seeks shelter in a cabin—and become a hostage. As she uses her survival skills to stay alive, the story has the makings of a fun (though predictable) YA thriller. Yet, over and over, she thinks about her ex-boyfriend—how he acted like a jerk, but is really a good guy—and hopes for him to rescue her. I rolled my eyes a lot.
Has anyone read any of Becca Fitzpatrick‘s books? I keep looking at them, but not sure about them. I would love any thoughts.

The writing in this novel is great, and the story is paced almost perfectly. However, I'm at the point where I'm just kind of tired of love triangles and girls falling for misunderstood bad boys and plot twists that are in no way surprising.
Since the characters are currently snowed in up in the mountains, this was the first #weather book I thought of. #AprilBookShowers
The characters in this book are so ridiculous that my view of the book went from 5 stars to 2 stars. I mean, come on. Two dumb girls go up in the moutains. It's just a story gone wrong. I had so much hope for this book when I bough it because I've read the Hush, Hush series. It was so painful to read. I just like the romantic parts.
The perfect book to read on a winter storm. Inludes road trip, kidnaping, mystery, thriller, romance and suspense. Should I say more? I really enjoyed this book, got me on the edge of my chair. The ending was nothing like I expected it to be. I highly recommend this book! 📚🐼 5/5 ⭐️
