Much of this book is about keeping assholes out of your organization. If you're in a management or hiring position that might be useful. As I'm not, I only found the last few chapters helpful but I did take lots of notes on those so it's not too shabby.

This is why I need to stay the hell away from the complainers and haters I work with. I don't want to feel the way I did at the end of this year. I want to continue loving my job and making. It work for me when it's not going my way.

Carol Crap. Hit send too soon! They are also full of backstabbing, immature, entitled cretins who cause chaos and heartbreak every day. Stay strong! Love the work, hate the people. I walk that road sometimes too. Just remember why you got into this field in the first place & find your tribe! 9y
