Good, though I may prefer the movie.
1. The cooler weather (easier on my pain) and my very thoughtful best friend. We‘re both going through stuff and have had each other‘s backs since freshman dorm 22 years ago.
2. High-stakes poker is lucrative, but will she go to jail?

pickThis book kept me coming back all day. If her story was like one of her high-stakes, celebrity-filled, backroom poker games, I went all in...until I went bust in the epilogue with her faux contrition that made my feelings towards her change. But I don‘t have to like her to appreciate her tenacity and drive.
Cassandra Campbell does an excellent job with narration! 3.5⭐️🎧 #audiobook
Currently reading. My husband was watching the movie and it looked good so decided to read.
