Déjeuner sur l'herbe - Claude Monet
Went with my Mom today to see the Monet exhibit at the Denver Art Museum. Was a great exhibit, made even more so because we did the docent led tour which gave us some additional insight to his life and the paintings. I learned quite a lot about him that I didn‘t know. For instance today I learned, #TIL that Monet lived to be 86 years old and left behind over 2000 pieces of work. Art tour during #NFNov for the win, although I know I may not count
Today I got to see the exhibit “Monet: The Later Years” at the Kimbell Art Museum. Monet has always been one of my favorite artists and it was humbling to get to see so many of his works in one place.
