Even though I‘ve just cooked the Creamy Chickpea Bow Tie Soup (so far) from this book, I‘m going to go ahead & give it a pick because...well...it‘s Isa Chandra Moskowitz. Whether new cook, new vegan, wanting to eat more veg-friendly or like me, just want good food on the table quickly, this book has something to offer. The soup is rich, delicious & easy to make. I‘ll be using this cookbook, part of #abramsdinnerparty, A LOT. Recipe/review link👇🏻

DebinHawaii Link to a yummy vegan soup with a “ pot pie vibe” & my review are here: http://kahakaikitchen.blogspot.com/2019/10/creamy-chickpea-bow-tie-soup-from-i-c... 4w

You don‘t have to be vegan or even vegetarian to find a ton of good recipes in this book. I was surprised by the number I want to try. Highly recommended.
