😍😍😍😍😍😍 soooo cute! Loved the sex positivity & variety in sexual expression (someone waiting for marriage, someone waiting for love, someone who didn‘t want to wait at all). Wished for more diversity in the characters. LOVE Keely + Andrew so much and could read a whole book about them two without anyone else. The personal growth👌🏼 and how they both ended up being the same 🔥 literally, Dean WHO?
I adored this book! Keely and Andrew were such great characters and the book was such a light feel good read it made me want to reread as soon as I finished. I also loved all the movie references. Whether she was an Audrey or a Marilyn and she wanted to be brave like a Gryfinndor. I can't wait to read what this author comes up with next.
⭐⭐⭐
I really enjoyed the friendship and dynamic between Keely and Andrew. There were very cute and adorably awkward moments that I live for.
I think Kelly came off a bit dense in the later chapters about Drew's feelings for her. This began to feel a little too unrealistic in the later chapters. I think a lot of the friend's drama was unnecessary and bogged the story down.
Overall, this is a cute story and I enjoyed the two MC's interactions.
Okay, I try to be cognizant of not giving YA books bad ratings because I'm not the intended audience, but I just found this book to be over-hyped.
It was supposed to be a sex-positive book, but I found it heavy on the slut-shaming, and very mean girls. Sure the character that is slut-shamed does not hide, but it's still happening.
MC Keely was also BORING. Her character was very flat, with no interest outside of losing her virginity.
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a super cute, super sweet romance. Keely is in high school and isn‘t interested in the boys at her high school. She then meets Dean, a college Junior and falls for him hard. Will she be able to be in a relationship or fall for someone else along the way? I loved the friendship dynamic of this book. It was so cute and I wanted more.

Cute, but with some questionable characters that I couldn't really buy into. It just sort of skimmed along the surface for me.
