This pregnancy has been difficult on my body, so I thought I'd sign up for round two of the #BookFitnessChallenge to try and rebuild my strength and help me get through this summer!

My #BFC goals:
📚 Read at least 6 books overall (1/week)
🤸‍♀️ 3.5 hrs/wk (30 min/day) of stretching/strength training, plus the same amount of walking
👍 write at least 3 times/wk, either creative or personal journaling

So I just signed up for the (Audio) Book Fitness Challenge! #bookfitnesschallenge My fitness goal is to get out and walk the neighborhood three times a week.
