Almost 5 out of 5 this week! I slipped up buying books again, but really how can you not 🤷🏼♀️. I am starting to form a (good!!) habit with regular Pilates and meditation now.
This has been a brilliant 5 week eye-opener for me, turns out I just needed a little (big) push 🙄👏🏻💛

Another good #bookfitnesschallenge week for #BFCR4! I‘ve been mostly hitting my goals, with just a couple days missed here and there. I finally got back to the gym this week, which felt good. And another pseudo-fitness-related plus: I won a $50 gift card at the wellness fair at work! 🎉

Week 5 of #bfcr4 I am happy with my results this week! I got a cold last weekend & was feeling not so great this week, but I pushed through, worked my school‘s book fair two nights & then rested on Friday, so my steps were low that day. I found a Water app, but it is telling me I need to drink so much more water than I have been, so I am going to need to work on that. I am drinking more water than I have been, but no where near the right amount!
