I really enjoyed this one. The characters, the conflicts, their emotions... everything felt real. If you like funny and fake dating trope stories, this is for you.

Besides the amazing audiobook narrators, the story is just too good! I love how the romance is so relatable and realistic. This is definitely one of the books that are up there!

Had to race with the library ebook, not brcause I wasn't enjoying a delightfully apropos book for Lunar New Year Eve, but because I reached the great unraveling point and worried I would suffer extreme second hand embarassment. (It was fine.) The parenting is tough in his, but the book does a great job explaining what motivates the parents, so that they are not just obstacles.

Cute, fun and funny. Part rom-com, part family relationships.
