Finished today, the 106th anniversary of NYC‘s Votes for Women March. Twelve slightly connected short stories by twelve authors commemorating this march and the women, young & old, college students, rich, & shop girls, white, Black, & immigrants, and their male allies, who marched together for women‘s suffrage. Well worth a read.
I feel like I read more this week, though not as much as usual, so this is the only book for this week‘s #BookReport

This book, released last October, was not on my radar, and not on my tbr this month. But serendipitously, I ran across it yesterday just in time to read a story a day of the 13 stories and end just after the anniversary of the historic Women‘s March for votes in NYC 106 years ago. I‘m not a lover of short stories, but between the topic and the amazing authors, I have high hopes for this one!

Hubby: “I‘ve got to finish a major project for my grad class before tomorrow, so you‘ll be on your own today.”
Me: “Don‘t worry, I‘m sure I‘ll find something to keep myself busy.”

Thank you!!! @wen4blu
Im excited to read this over the weekend and the chocolate looks sooo good!
Thank you again!!! ☺️🎄
