pickTold from multiple points of view - a real page turner! Husband, wife and 2 late teen/early adult children.
Their home is escalatingly vandalized from being egged to their hedge being set on fire. They are desperately trying to figure.out why- however each of them is keeping secrets.
Will they figure it out? Will they be honest with each other? What will the vandals do next?
pick4⭐They are the perfect family on the outside...inside...they are anything but. They all have their secrets but are they worth all the pranks and misdeeds they are suffering, now that‘s the question? This domestic-ish thriller kept my interest throughout; did I buy everything it was selling, not entirely. The narration was fantastic, every family member has a separate narrator and so does someone else???
panI don't have too many positive things to say about this book. It wasn't the flaws that made the characters unlikeable. It was that they were flat, made ridiculous choices, & unbelievable. I didn't care what happened to any of the characters. I thought the author's use of some very serious topics for shock value was yucky. Yeah, no. Honestly, this should have been a DNF. ⭐⭐

This was a decent read with good twists, but I wanted a little more to happen at times.

pickA mother, a father, a daughter plus a son equals the perfect family, right? Not so much for the Adler family.
In fact, each member is far from perfect as readers begin to learn about hidden secrets that are slowly surfacing.
But whose secret is the catalyst for all of the vandalism they have recently been experiencing?
I really enjoyed the unraveling of secret lives of each of the Adler crew, and thought the ending was well done. A quick read!

Thomas and Viv Adler are attractive, successful, with well-mannered children and a beautifully restored home. One morning, when they wake up to find their porch has been pelted with eggs. The Adlers are helpless as the assaults escalate into violence, and worse. Everyone in the Adler family is keeping secrets from the outside world and each other. They need to figure out who the attacks are against.
panI'm really disappointed that I didn't like this since I was really excited about this arc! I had a few problems with the plot reveals since out of the three grand reveals, I only thought one of them was satisfactory. I also had a problem with some of the behaviors and mentality of the characters which some include 'boys will be boys'.
