Two childhood friends with broken hearts but for different reasons. The third in the series and the best one so far! Jasper, the handsome athlete and hockey star. Sloane, the rich girl who wants to please her father. Their feelings are interlinked and are never straight forward. I loved the fact that previous characters from book one and two are still in this book too! I can‘t read to read the next in the series

Firmly in my cowboy era! Loving this series! I've just finished 'Powerless' and it was great; this series would make great beach reads this summer. They do suffer from the overused cliche phrases that a lot of these books use- it's like book bingo - how many times does the FMC roll her lips or how many times does the MMC's jaw pop and they all hum .... Yep, hum!!!! However, they are such feel good reads that I can overlook this....most of the time

I loved the start of this but then the sex scenes started and never stopped. Now if you are looking for a good steamy book, this will definitely be for you. However, after reading a ton of romance, when it skews towards erotic levels of steamy scenes it almost becomes tedious. I still really like the family in this book and will continue the series. I didn‘t hate it, but I LOVED book 2 so much, so this was a bit of a let down. 3⭐️

SWOON. Another knockout addition to this series, this time featuring Jasper (the pro hockey player with a tortured soul and kind eyes, who was taken in by the Eaton family as a kid). Childhood friends to lovers in a sweet, steamy as hell way. I love me some Chestnut Springs! ❤️
