"Zanders: Chicago hockey isn't complete without me--everyone's favorite player to hate. I know my role, and I play it well. In fact, I thoroughly enjoy spending the majority of my game time in the penalty box before leaving the arena with a new girl on my arm each night. What I don't like is the new flight attendant on our team's private plane. She works for me, not the other way around. But I'll be sure to remind her of that, and I can guarantee, by the end of the season, she'll be begging to quit her job. But every road trip blurs the lines, and I can't quite figure out if I keep pushing that flight attendant call button in order to push her buttons or if it's more than that. Stevie: I've been a flight attendant for years. I thought I'd see it all, but when my new job lands me onboard working for the most egotistical and self-righteous diva in the NHL, I start to second guess everything. Including the promise I made to myself of never hooking up with an athlete again...no matter how annoyingly tempting he may be. Evan Zanders is unfiltered, unapologetic, and too attractive for his own good. He loves his image, but I hate everything about it. Everything but him"--Page [4] of cover.

Stevie‘s a flight attendant for Zander‘s NHL plane. Zander‘s a player, so he‘s used to girls striving for his attention, but Stevie‘s not giving it to him, b/c she doesn‘t want to date another athlete. The longer they‘re on tour together, the more their feelings get blurred.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was probably my 2nd favorite book of 2023. It had a great balance of story & spice. I loved the character, the plot, & the writing. Definitely recommend.

This was a fun enemies to lovers/forbidden/hockey romance. The story focuses on a bad boy hockey player with a heart of gold and a plus size flight attendant who absolutely will not put up with his nonsense. This book also has great mental health representation. The side characters are also a delight and I really want to read the next book in the series featuring two great side characters. 4⭐️

Nessavamusic There is some fat shaming (not by the hero) so heads up there. 1y

Bailed at 15% in. I never connected with the characters. Nothing wrong with the plot or prose. I just didn't care what happened and couldn't make myself read any more. I am chalking this one up as just not my taste.

Ok this was really good. Spicy and fun. Picked it up because the FMC is a flight attendant and so was I a few years ago. So I love those kinda reads. This didn't disappoint. I will say though the flight time between Detroit and Chicago is less than a full hour so it bugged me that detail was way wrong in the book. Otherwise great read. #LittensLoveRomance

This book is amazing. Touches on so many important things like body image and mental health. All characters(main and side) hold a special place in my heart.

So good! I‘m not a huge romance reader but I fell in love with this story and the characters. I loved the plus size MC and the complications dealt with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Read this procrastinating reading the end of an amazing series. It was a good, fun romance! My only issue was that the NHL team was called the Chicago Raptors (that‘s not Chicago‘s NHL team!) Also, why wasn‘t it called Miles High? Still, ⭐️⭐️⭐️
