Loved the characters in this book.
Just ok rom com for me. YA set at a university. A lot of racial stuff happening. The love story was sweet though.
Jumped on this band wagon this week and I‘m glad I did. Definitely finishing the series and i‘m@looking forward to the show
This book did not disappoint. A decades long epic and heartbreaking crime thriller. And I ‘bleeping‘ love Charlotte she is exactly what I wanted her to be.
‘Love. It was the beginning and the end of everything, the foundation and the ceiling and the air in between.‘
Read this to help myself remember the story before a read James. I don‘t never if I ever read it in its entirety maybe only excerpts. The language makes it slow to read. Not a huge fan, not even sure why it‘s a classic. It does convey a time period well and the treatment of slaves.
Very quirky book. Hard to follow at times but I think that‘s an intentional perspective of the author. Liked it but didn‘t love it
A little Christmas horror story written to be read like an advent calendar. I read it straight through instead. It was creepy and suspenseful. And gave off all the snowy cold winter vibes.
Good, but weird. Not my usual genre. Definitely kept me engaged but it was a little too sci fi / apocalyptic for my taste. I enjoyed the unusual love story that the story spiraled around.
Just ok for me. I enjoyed the nostalgic aspects of having grown kids. But the menopause stuff was a bit much for me
Not sure how, but this book is both heavy and light. It‘s both happy and sad. It‘s a very different book then anything I‘ve read
A long time since a read a book of short stories. These were great and nice to break it up a bit
A wanted to love this one because I know a lot of people do. But it was just ok for me. Spoiled rich kids making poor decisions without consideration of the people they are hurting.
Loved this one 5 ⭐️. Life can be complicated, life can be simple. There is love, loss, tragedy, deception. Doing the things you love to do in a place you love with people you love is all that matters.
I loved Survivor and this was like reading a season of survivor with some twists of course. Light and fun!
Fun YA murder mystery!! Lots of twist. I love the way you get to try to figure out who the murder is along the way
Not at all what I expected. I loved it! I thought it was about gaming, but more about growing up, relationships ( friends and lovers and colleagues) it‘s about failing and then figuring out how to get over it and it‘s about loss. So much heart.
I chose this one because it was set in San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles are and I was traveling there for my daughters Cal Poly graduation. It was a decent private investigator read and fun to read about all the different areas where I was. This picture was from our hike in Cambria.
Amazing!! Kristin Hannah never disappoints. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved every minute of this book, sad it‘s over
Well I dove into this hyped up series. I liked it. Not sure it lives up to the hype. I liked fourth wing better, but I will probably read the next one
Took about 100 pages to get hooked. But this turned out to be a gripping read! Huge trigger warnings!
Listened to this one. I‘m starting to really like this author. A complicated web of relationships between 3 couples and the sale of the their homes with psychopath in the middle of the drama.
This was a 5⭐️ read for me. I great twisty thriller. I didn‘t guess the end. Never read this author before, but definitely going to read more by her. Check the trigger warnings, it‘s a story of a child abduction.
This one was just Ok for me.an interesting story, but a little dry and spread over too long of a time period. There was a lot of factual information that was new to me though
Not usually a fantasy fan, but finally gave in and read this one based on the hype and I loved it. I‘m all in!
