Kyle has always been surrounded by demonic possession. His mom, his wife, his neighbor....they‘ve all been possessed. Why do the demons flock to Kyle, and can he help others who are possessed? +16 #TeamHarkness #Scarathlon2020 #Screamathon2020
I have been looking for a new graphic novel to read and I'm so glad that I stumbled across it. I cant wait to read all the other volumes.
Another great series. Going to work my way through these ones much more slowly. Devoured the last few series I've read! Gonna run out soon! Highly recommend, looking forward to see where the creepiness takes me...
Interesting idea, but the shifts between past and present and how similar some characters looked had me confused on occasion. All the feels at a few points throughout, but especially so when involving the back story with Kyle's family. I'm curious to see where this goes!

I was worried about Kyle after reading Volume 4. Now I‘m worried even more about him. I like the three new characters, but can they be trusted? That Rowland guy is spooky. How does he know Kyle‘s Mom? Speaking of Kyle‘s Mom she was supposed to have a seat on the council. Wow...... #outcast #robertkirkman
A good volume in which the story is just beginning. Creepy, tense and dark. The art is also beautiful, in which colours and shades are used to the utmost effect to enhance the creepiness.
A perfect read for the beginning of October.

19. #AllHallowsRead #photoadaychallenge for my current #ScaryReads on the October TBR list has got to be #Outcast love scary #graphicnovels like #coffinhill and this one
Outcast's plot sounds like any old generic demon-hunter antihero comic but the small-town setting and slow-burn telling made it feel much more real and individual. Plus, artist Azaceta infuses the atmosphere with twilight colors, has a gift for mundane faces, and a penchant for quiet, mini-panel reaction shots of characters big and small that perfectly realizes the tone of a West Virginia in need of a whole lot of exorcisms.
Good stuff. Kirkman is my favourite comic book writer, and glad to see he's tackling another new series.

Crazy story
I cannot wait to read volume 2. The plot line is exciting, the art beautiful, strong characters, overall it's super awesome. Definitely a tragic tale of loss and pain, it also perseverance and strength.
This is so very, very disturbing! I cannot wait to read the rest before the series begins on Skinemax.....
