3. I participated in NaNoWriMo every year from 2013 to 2022. Succeeded seven times.

1. More sleep. When I have to get up early the next day for an appointment or something that I have to do the next day, I stay up all night.
2. TikTok. I made my book account on there private because people posted mean comments on my book reviews.
3. Taking my dog for walks every day to a neighborhood park by myself. It only takes 9 mins to get there and get back home. I never used to exercise.
