Pickpick

I have been flying through the cozies this month. This was a pretty good one featuring a mc who comes back from the big city to save her family‘s business. Predictable but I liked the Montana setting.

The narrator doesn‘t have as many different voice characters as I would like, which makes this audio slightly confusing. I just started so I‘ll give it more time. On tonight‘s walk I think I caught a glimpse of some dolphin fins! But here‘s a picture of my super cool leggings that have a pocket for my phone in the small of my back.

Kaye I like those things. I never know what they‘re called. Pants, leggings, tights......anyhow, I‘d like some but I might look a bit stupid at my age. You young folks can wear the cool clothes and the rainbow hair. I‘m supposed to dress like a grandma 👵🏼. , although I don‘t dress like my grandma did. A housedress and apron. I don‘t own either one 6y
BethM @kaye the beautiful thing about us young folks is that we‘d love for you to rock some leggings as long as you feel good! 6y
Bklover I wear leggings, Kaye! Get yourself some! They are so comfy. I just wear long shirts with them to cover up the imperfections. ❤️❤️ 6y

Kaye I wouldn‘t mind rocking the leggings. The people watching my behind in them would probably mind it. I‘m a pretty boring dresser and never in my life been in fashion and I really never cared much. I think certain clothes are really cute though. I like those leggings and I like the really long shirts , like the ones where the front is shorter than the back. So cute. I wouldn‘t mind having one of those. 6y
Kaye @bklover—- I‘d have to wear a granny nightgown to cover up my flaws. Those pants probably even show your mole on your leg. I like comfortable stuff though. 6y
Bklover I wear the ones shorter in the front and longer in back. Get them from LulaRoe. Comfy stuff. 6y
Avanders Oooh love the leggings!! 👏🏽👏🏽 6y

Pickpick

1 year ago today I was making my way with two kids and two cats from Seattle, WA (where we lived for 7 years, where my second son was born, etc) to Helena, MT (husband followed a few days later after finishing up job-related responsibilities). To help me feel less anxious about our relocation, I searched for a book that took place in MT - and found this. Cute, fluffy, cozy - just about the speed my brain could handle at that moment. 3.5 ⭐️ #tbt
