My mother loves elephants and always read us Dumbo when we were kids. To this day I can't watch the cartoon without tearing up when Ms. Jumbo gets locked away for protecting her baby. It's still one of my favorites set at the #Circus.

Fiction: This book is about Hodaka who decided to run away from his home to Tokyo and meets Hina who gives him a meal at her work, Hodaka the proceeds to find a guy who takes him in and he starts working for him. I can't really relate to the story but I can relate to the love Hodaka felt for Hina as when it reached the ending of the story, she prevented the drowning of Tokyo by ending herself and he went to the clouds and brought her back down.

Why did I pick this book? I picked this book because of the recent movie made on it, I also enjoy the studio art and the authors writing.
