so-so#BooktoScreen whoa! That was dark...although you know early on something is not quite right, it took almost 120 pages until the story became interesting. Im not sure the payoff was worth my investment... I really did not care for this book...I'm giving it a so-so only because it's thought provoking & offers loads of moral ambiguity. I'm skipping the movie!
MinDea Ugh. This was going to be my exact review! I am between a pan and so-so. I got this pick as a recommendation from @Jess7, she liked it but also said it evokes a lot of discussion. I would agree that I think we will have a lot of interesting discussions around the book, but yeah agree with your review. Though I do plan to watch the movie for the discussion.
