I finished 15 books in November, the majority of which were good to great. Unsurprisingly, according to The StoryGraph, my most read genres were mystery and romance and the primary moods were dark, mysterious, and emotional. Tell me you fell into a deep depression without telling me you fell into a deep depression. 🤔 I‘d say here‘s to a lighter December, but I‘ve looked at my planned TBR. Maybe I should tweak it. 🤣🤣

Pretty happy with my November reading as I finished 17 books! 🎉📚🎉 They weren‘t necessarily the books in my November TBR as I made a mid-month decision to try to complete the #BOTM challenge & the #OnceUponABookClub 40 book challenge this year & switched out books. I am on track to finish both in December.

I finished my #SundayBuddyRead #JaneAdjacent & #ChildrensClassicsRead2023 #NancyDrewBR books & one for my virtual foodie book club too.⬇️

For the #NovelNovember #readathon I just completed my first book. It's not in the system yet bit it's titled The Silent Woman by Minka Kent. I'd say it's so-so. Fairly predictable, but a few interesting twists. Overall barely ⭐⭐⭐

November‘s proposed TBR is a combination of books carrying over from October, NetGalley books that haven‘t been published, yet (i.e. I‘m not late reviewing them), a couple of library books, and a handful of just because on the event that I have time and/or can‘t decide what I want to read. #NovemberTBR #NetgalleyNovember I may pick up a nonfiction audiobook or two, but I don‘t want to feel locked into any of them.

November was an OK reading month for me. I'm hoping December will be much better! #bookspinbingo

Thankful for a strong start to the month, since the second half went to hell. I only managed 11 books this month, but I did complete all but one of my reading goals for the year, so I can coast through December. Forget the Alamo and Narwhal‘s School of Awesomeness were my favorites. #novemberstats #novemberwrapup

I was hoping to finish two more books this month, but they both have more hours to go than there are hours left in the day so… I‘ll roll them over to December!

Be that as it may, I did finish four books, of which The Widows of Malabar Hill was my favorite.

I managed 12 books in November (fine, If the Fates allow was a short story, but I‘m counting it.) I really liked a lot of these and really hated a couple. It was a good month, but I need to read 12 for December too to get to 100!
