November 19, 2025 Page 120 Folks! I have made more progress and come upon a turning point in the book. Is Lucy the mother of the children she has been with? Or is Sam treating her like somebody else ( presumably another woman )? Lucy wants to just go back to her old life. Not be stuck in a love story that doesn't exist and that she is questionig every minute

pick11-16-25: My 73rd finished book of 2025! Pretty fast paced tale of Magnolia Gold, the editor in chief of Lady magazine who gets tossed around her company too many times to count. Who loves the magazine business and wants to remain at the top of her game. When faced with the prospect of Bebe stomping on her dreams, Magnolia must go along with Bebe‘s whims or face the chopping block. Likable characters and easy storyline. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️📖#️⃣7️⃣3️⃣
November 13, 2025 I have reached page 98. It seems like Lucy is traveling back in time and has two kids that she never knew she had and is a wife to Sam. Her life is very crazy and she is trying to get to "the good part"... where she ends up falling in love with Sam I suppose! We will see

I did become annoyed a few times with January and Gus, but then something would happen that will keep me there.
LOVED the supporting characters on this (I might love Pete more than January and Gus, tbh).

November 10, 2025 It has been almost a month since I last posted... Life is not always about reading, but reading is a part of life. Reading for fun. Reading to learn. Reading for leisure. Reading just cuz! Anyway, I am on page 69 and it feels kind of slow. If you have read this book, let me know your thoughts because I feel like I am in a reading slump
