panMy first Coehlo and um, I didn't really get it. I feel like I needed more context maybe? Seemed like I was coming into it in the middle of another story. I was also confused as to whether or not it was at all autobiographical as Coelho is the main character. I did like the desertscape setting, the Valkyrie biker chicks, and that it was short. 🤷♀️

panNot sure what to say about this book. I didn't like it. I'm glad it was short. I managed to get through it in about two hours.

Another way of the Warrior that I loved reading. There are so many great quotes in this book. I really loved it. It‘s one I‘ll read whenever I know I need it.
“The chessboard is the world; the pieces are the gestures of our daily lives; the rules of the game are what we call the laws of Nature. The player on the other side is hidden from us, but we know that his play is always fair, just, and patient.”

pickI had a weird night. As I started reading this, I got super sleepy and fell asleep around 9:30p. Very early for me. Then I randomly woke up at 11:30p not sure if it was am or pm. Then fell back asleep and woke up at 1:30a. I decided to read a little more.
This book is so inspirational. It is a very quick read. You‘d only need a couple of hours. But I highly recommend it if you need to read something to help through a rough time in your life.
