Such a cozy, fun addition to the series.

Happy Tuesday! Pride Reading challenge update.
I'm continuing to knock off LGBTQ books from my list. I read 6 books from my list plus 3 next in series books. I just had to keep reading to see what happened. I've really liked all the books so far and found some new authors to follow. 📚 🌈

Nora‘s first thought when they brought her the body was that it could not be her husband‘s.

Cute book and even cuter illustrations. This book is about a girl trying to find the fairies since she knows they are for real. I love the hidden fairies throughout the book and of course the rhymes as well.
Beautiful artwork. This book is told in four different stories in four different seasons. We see Hazel blowing off work to enjoy the summer fun, raising an owl in the spring, finding a new friend in autumn and getting lost in the winter. Lovely stories.
A pure joy. Early 20th century Toy Story. Raggedy family of cheerful dolls versus a new, boring, and haughty family of dolls. The haughty ones learn to love the shabby ones right before the Princess rescues them from being burned.
I didn't know Burnett moved to Tennessee as a child.
#ChildrensClassicRead @TheBookHippie I am so grateful for this list.
Going back to the days of security and no worries. Curled up and listening to the rain. Frances Hodgson Burnett was always one I usually had in my hands when I needed comfort. #ChildrensClassicRead @TheBookHippie
This was a sweet read. I loved the dolls and their positivity despite hard times. Hip! Hip! Hooray for the Fairies 🧚♀️
I was pleasantly surprised by 2 colored illustrations towards the end of the book!
