When I was single, I used to surround myself with books on my bed. It was like a mass slumber party with friends and was almost better than spooning.

riversong153 I'm recently separated and find myself sleeping with at least 2 books in my bed each night. All the while thinking, I hope I'm not the only one that does this ☺️ 7y

BookishBeth @riversong153 I think I used to top out at 10. Rolling into sharp corners in the middle of the night was great. When I got married, my husband insisted on having a spot in bed, too 🙄. So as a compromise I switched to ebooks. The kindle sleeps between my husband and me though I don't think he knows it. 7y

Liatrek I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only who's books dominate one side of the bed 😊 I joke they are the only thing hard and stimulating in bed 🤣 7y
