Mood is tired & stuffy. Why are weekends so short? Gearing up for another busy work week.
Candle lit, ASMR on the TV, and my slim book of poetry by bell hooks is ready to go!
I'm already relaxed, it's been a peaceful evening and now it'll be a zen hour before I head off to bed.

pickHi friends- i am reading this series and have finished three books this month- with #hyggehourreadathon a huge part of making that possible. I love this series so much! Fun family, and not too complex plots, there‘s a couple of tiny annoyances (i don‘t need to know that her dogs do their business in every chapter, but clearly the author attends to details) and the MC is writing a book- so two mysteries in each book.

About to start my #HyggeHour. Hanging out with Trixie & the Bob-Whites for #BobWhiteBuddies I remember this one being a favorite with lots of action. My snack is TJ‘s Rosemary Marcona Almonds, a favorite. Drinking a cup of Sleepytime tea (a classic for a reason).
Mood is tired & a little anxious. I needed a longer weekend & this week will be busy.
My #hyggehourreadathon was cut short when myspouse needed help with something on the computer, then we went to dinner.
I had finished another June issue of Real Simple and was reading a story from Alfred Hitchcock‘s Mystery Magazine. The latest ssue was included in the swag bag at Malice Domestic in April. Now I‘m reading further while watching the Copa final. I have to say, it‘s not very relaxing!

Oh! Also, I mailed my #StaycationinTime package yesterday — set for delivery Monday!
