For tonight‘s #HyggeHour I‘m reading the latest Encyclopedia Brown book for #EBBR & then catching up on a cozy mystery with my remaining time. I‘m hydrating (it‘s humid) with Hint watermelon water & noshing on this cute Neko Pan (bread with strawberry cream filling).

Mood is tired. Shoulder is still sore & I‘m not ready for Monday. 😵‍💫

Chrissyreadit I do not have many traditions- life has been challenging and things i wanted for traditions often fell to the wayside. But I do want to change that- I‘m just not sure how. Still figuring it out. And hoping to forgive myself for the loss of tradition in my children‘s lives. 1w

I‘m drinking blueberry lemonade because it‘s been overly muggy this weekend & I‘m trying Dubai chocolate for the first time because I finally saw it in small bars that don‘t cost $15.

Mood is sad the weekend is over & it‘s a full workweek. 😵‍💫

Bookperson96 Makes me want to try Dubai chocolate again. Only tried it once (a couple months ago) in form of a Cronut (fyi: a cronut is a crossing between a donut and croissant) from Dunkin Donuts. 2w

DebinHawaii @TheBookHippie @peaKnit @Bookperson96 I‘d tried the flavor/style in other things but kept seeing the actual chocolate bars for $13-15 which is pretty steep, especially if I wasn‘t sure I‘d like it. This little bar was very sweet but enjoyable—the pistachio was very creamy & I liked the crispness of the kadayif (shredded filo strands). I‘d buy another little bar sometime or try another brand (I hear Lindt has one) just not at those prices. 😉 2w

I have a better sense of what to expect now, and gave my perfectionist side a stern talking-to, so I‘m ready to jump in and play!
