This was a really fun book. 'The Holiday' is one of my all time favorite movies so I was excited for this queer version & it did not disappoint! Greta has an overbearing family & Truman just found his partner cheating so they decide to switch homes. Both characters find new love interests & life opportunities. Both the settings of small town Maine and New Orleans are described enchantingly. I loved the lush depictions of plant life throughout

This was a sweet romance filled with all the tropes - childhood friends to lovers, city girl returns home to small town and tries to save a small town business. I liked her love interest 'LumberJane' more than Morgan herself. There was a lot of emotional healing she had to go through. The setting was lovely. I definitely loved the secondary characters and can't wait for Ben and Adam's story in book 2

Love this author and loved this book 💖 She writes such great characters that are flawed and relatable. The found family aspect of this was just as great as the romance.

Failing doesn't make you a failure / going for what you love is scary but worth the risk / love trapezoids are messy and not advised

This was definitely a light hearted holiday read. Two single dads are roped into spending time together when their children sign them up for a holiday buddy program. No angst, just fluff and love 💕

I saw this on Scribd and the title and cover were cute, so I gave it a go. Really cute YA book, just light and easy, with lots of holiday goodness.

This was a lovely little graphic novel that follows after Skylar and Jacob's journey in Every Word You Never Said as they celebrate their first Christmas together. It was really cool to see how they illustrated Skylar's communication since he is mute and either mouths words, signs, or uses his phone to speak

This was worthy of all the hype! So much is covered here - dysfunctional families, fake dating, paralyzing fear, first love, taking risks, found family - and it‘s all done very well. Great #lgbtqia+ romance!

This was just okay for me. Never really connected to the characters or to the plot. Joy returns home to her small town in NC after her grandmother dies suddenly. In order to keep the family B&B from being turned over to the state, the grandmother‘s will stipulates that Joy must stay in NC for 6 months and run the business. It was pretty repetitive in places, which is a pet peeve of mine. At least it was a quick read!

Really cute! Two Irish expats living in Chicago meet up once a year for a flight home to Ireland for Christmas. On the 10th anniversary of their travel tradition, everything goes wrong…except for the one thing that goes right.
