4 ⭐ This is a quick short read. Molly Graham works for a very special museum in New York. It‘s a museum of literature. And her museum is just getting ready to start an exhibit on Jane Austin, and some books have been lent from a very private estate in the UK. On the night of the big Premier party, our main gal, Molly has had enough of peopleing and goes back to find there‘s a stranger in her office. Figuring this stranger is some ductal

LibrarianRyan candidate they have a fantastically fun night together as this new British guy, Al, just wants to see the sites of New York. They have an amazing couple of months together and Molly thinks things are going somewhere until one day she is ghosted. She is left at the Met and her date never shows up. When the end of the exhibit comes, she‘s travels to the UK to return the book and finds, her Al waiting for her. This book is exactly what someone expect 4d
LibrarianRyan when they read the title and the description. This book has all the tropes, but you love them. This book is very predictable, but the book is about the ride and how you get from the beginning to end, then the ability to predict, the happily ever after. This was a fun romcom and I really enjoyed it. It was just the perfect length. Any longer and it would have veered towards boring or overdone. 4d

𝟒.𝟓⭐
I recently finished With Regrets, this author‘s latest release, and stumbled upon this one by her… it intrigued me so I picked it up. It was tough to listen to at times with the way the world is lately but overall I was there for the journey it took me on, also I liked it much more than With Regrets. The fact that it‘s a standalone doesn‘t hurt. The narration by Cassandra Campbell, Joy Osmanski, & Rebecca Lowman was top-notch. I loved it.

Read in April.

This is set in a dystopian future after WWIII, Manhattan is a POW camp. Sky and Phee, sisters, have only known this world. They winter at The Park ruled by Rolladin and her warlords. A group of Englishmen arrive on the island and the sisters learn that the war has been over for some time. After an incident, they and their mother escape with the men. On the run, can they escape the island and it‘s many dangers? ⬇️

Bookzombie Not my favorite dystopian, but still a pick. This was also my #Bookspin for April. 12mo

An enjoyable read, but didn‘t enjoy it as much as her standalones, which I love.
A soft pick for me.

All #WickedWords for February are checked off. ✅
I enjoyed all of the books shown. Hoping I‘m just as lucky in March.

Read4life @AsYouWish I think you track how many books are read as a result of this challenge or how many words are found so I just wanted to make sure you saw this. 🤓 14mo

Molly is introduced by her friend to the art of ‘aspirational dating‘ , then takes the advice and meets a handsome British professor during the Museum of Literature's Valentine's Day gala for the opening of their Austen exhibit. ❤️❤️❤️
