Nanreath Hall has its share of secrets. With a dual timeline, Rickloff looks at the inhabitants during the 1st and 2nd World Wars. A little long in parts, but the hint of mystery and the writing style kept me going. Overall, I liked this. It‘s a historical fiction that‘s a quick read.

My first #BuddyRead completed and enjoyed. I admit I read ahead a bit, but since I annoyed all of my classmates doing that throughout school, I guess it‘s just par for the course. While not my typical read, I enjoyed this character-driven family drama, and the similarities and differences between the two historical eras (the two World Wars).
