Rachel gives all good advices on how to be successful towards your dream(s), she shares her journeys, experiences & being relatable on a daily basis.
Rachel is super ambitious and has the gift of gab whereas I‘m the complete opposite. Good for her!

Thanks for inviting me to join the #WDNCW club @dabbe ! Thought I‘d combine it with a haiku because, well, why not? 😆
We really don‘t care
the floor is covered with hair;
it can stay right there.
We do not care that the house hasn‘t been cleaned in a month because I dislocated my hip and have been gimping around ever since. We do not care that my hair is everywhere. I‘ll vacuum tomorrow! 😵💫

Decent book about your values and how they affect your life. Vulgar at times but entertaining and a fun, easy read.
I know this isn‘t actually a scientifically researched and data backed theory and that it is a borrowed concept, but I really enjoyed this book and found the reframing of some of my problems to be quite helpful.
This was an insightful self help book on love! As someone who is perpetually single, I need all the help I can get.
It is very easy to feel powerless when it comes to love, but this book tells you what you can do to improve your love life and relationships.
The book is very accessible and is written in an easy to understand manner.

Good guidance for life.
#mentalhealthmonday
Late because work started back yesterday so I was busy, which was good for my mental health. I have ADHD so unless there‘s a “fire”, it‘s difficult for me to keep myself moving and focused. And with this mess in Iran, (and Dodgers having a travel day, lol), I would have probably been frozen in bed.
Great book on simplifying life with clear priority and purpose to achieve harmony!
Low pick. It is hard when people pour so much of themselves into a book. This is a good introduction for people who are new to body positivity, eating disorders, and queer and disabled body talk. As someone who is familiar with the issues there wasn't much new for me here. A lot of the book was Instagram quippy talks.
I don't recommend the audio. There are a lot of quotes she reads from I think her IG communityand it started to be confusing.
#TuesdayTunes a day late.
Love this song about being the family scapegoat & ending generational trauma.
“Please
Handle with ease
Ironing out a 50 year old crease
This shit is not a disease I am free
Healing what's broken 'fore I'm deceased
Fertilize new branches in this family tree”
