This year, I baked and baked for 3 farmers markets. It was a lot of work for someone who was supposed to be retired. My future self will say well done. But what are you thinking?
One market will have to go next year. So, I think making that decision is making my future self proud. @Eggs thanks for the tag

Decent read and suggestions for living a worry free or less worryful life.

This had a lot of great information, well researched and cited and delivered in an accessible way. If you are a person with a uterus of a certain age, I recommend checking this one out.

I picked this up to read again today after my day of work as a psychotherapist. My heart aches for those of you out there. It is so difficult to overcome the mother wound.
